Modeled on the Scout magazines of the 1860s-1950s and inspired by The Dangerous Book for Boys, among other things, Roughhouse is a one-of-a-kind publication these days. Every issue is printed on durable paper and filled with gorgeous illustrations. Content includes stories from history, projects for your boys to build, games to play, and more. Subscriptions start at $15/month, with a 33% discount when paid annually.
The Founder
The founder and editor of Roughhouse Magazine, Dominic Andres is a writer living in California. Having previously been a boy, he considers himself very qualified for this line of work. When he’s not writing our articles, he’s probably wrestling, playing board games, or spending time with his family.
